Weekend Breakfast Cook
Job Description
The Weekend Breakfast Cook is responsible for setting up, executing meals to order and managing a line station for the Bistro while also preparing and executing banquet functions. We seek highly motivated team members. Our ideal candidates should exude a passion for the hospitality industry that will attract and inspire our team members to cultivate an exceptional guest experience.
•Please note: public transportation does not run start of shift- must have other form of reliable transportation

Type:
Part Time (14-16 hours/week)
Hours:
6:00am-1:00pm EVERY Saturday and Sunday.
Pay:
$18-$20/hr

Daily Pay:

Responsibilities:
Food preparations and cooking to menu specifications Kitchen operations- FIFO, cleanliness, changing fryer oil, storage organization, dishes, inventory, breaking down deliveries, etc... Ensuring food safety standards Delivering orders to guests Executing meals for private banquet events when contracted (breakfast & lunches)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook (6 months to a year of experience preferred) Knowledge of various cooking methods Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask multiple orders at once Ability to communicate efficiently and respectfully towards guests and team members
