Overview Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized information systems. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying data across multiple platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. Perform data entry tasks with high speed and accuracy, including 10-key typing and transcription activities. Manage and organize large volumes of information while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data. Conduct basic data analysis within Excel to identify inconsistencies or errors, ensuring data quality. Support document processing through word processing and data entry in Excel, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date. Assist with database system management by inputting new records, updating existing entries, and performing routine audits. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows, boosting overall productivity and efficiency. Skills Proficiency in working with databases, ERP systems, and database management tools. Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheets. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly with integrity. Skilled in 10-key typing, word processing, and transcription for accurate data input. Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy during entry processes. Experience with office productivity software and familiarity with technical tools used in data management. Effective communication skills suited for customer service interactions when needed.
