Data Entry Technician Employment Type:
Full-time Position Summary The Data Entry Technician is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. Ensures data integrity, verifies information for errors, and supports administrative and operational processes by providing timely and organized data management. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity Generate reports and compile data as needed for management or team use Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and physical Assist other departments with data-related tasks and reporting Ensure compliance with data management policies and confidentiality requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of data entry or administrative experience Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team Work Environment Office-based with potential for hybrid/remote flexibility (depending on company policy).
