Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy. Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting errors as needed. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist with generating reports and summaries based on entered data. Adapt to both on-site and remote work environments as required by the project or team needs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Excellent typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Comfortable working on-site or remotely, depending on business needs.
