Enterprise AI Data Operations Specialist

Executive Construction Homes, LLC is a multi-award-winning home builder recognized by the Greater Columbia Home Builders Association, with an established presence throughout the Columbia, SC area. Our land development division specializes in site work, land clearing, grading, erosion control, and infrastructure installation for residential subdivision development projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Enterprise AI Data Operations Specialist to support our internal AI systems and data workflows. This role is fully in-person and plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and integrity of data used within our proprietary enterprise AI platform. Key Responsibilities Enter, validate, and maintain data within proprietary enterprise AI systems Review datasets for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency Organize structured and unstructured data for AI model utilization Perform quality assurance checks and identify data discrepancies Collaborate with AI engineering and operations teams to improve data workflows Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information Generate reports and documentation related to data processing activities Follow established data governance and compliance procedures Support ongoing improvements in data entry processes and automation initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, or enterprise software platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work full-time on-site in a collaborative office environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, machine learning, or enterprise data systems Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data management tools Experience handling sensitive or confidential information Understanding of data labeling, annotation, or model training workflows Prior experience in enterprise operations, technical support, or data processing roles

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
