Will interact with Department Managers, Branch Managers, Supervisors, customers and employees in person and over the phone. Position Summary:

Performs daily finished product production, route settlement and month end reporting. Daily analysis, reconciliation, and entry of finished product production. Daily data analysis, reconciliation, and entry for physical inventory counts. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly finished product, ingredients and inventory reports.
