Job Description
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with strong typing skills to support accurate and efficient information processing. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and able to manage large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
+ Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before entry
+ Verify and correct data discrepancies promptly
+ Maintain organized digital and physical records as needed
+ Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
+ Retrieve information from databases upon request
+ Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative support tasks
+ Protect confidential information and handle sensitive data with discretion
+ Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals Requirements
+ Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
+ Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Experience with database management or CRM systems
+ Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
