Job Description
Description This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support to employees, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Microsoft 365 administration, account management, and troubleshooting within Windows-based environments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
+ Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues.
+ Perform account management tasks including creating and managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
+ Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including license management, email tracing, and email whitelisting.
+ Support OneDrive and Azure device enrollment, ensuring proper configuration and connectivity.
Requirements Required Knowledge/Experience:
+ 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role with senior-level troubleshooting responsibilities.
+ Strong proficiency with Windows environments and Active Directory administration.
+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
+ Familiarity with Azure services, device enrollment, and cloud-based applications such as OneDrive.
+ Experience using RingCentral for call handling and queue management.
