Your technical proficiency, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality will ensure that legal documentation and records are precise, accessible, and secure. Duties Enter and update legal case information into database systems with high accuracy and efficiency Manage data collection from multiple sources, ensuring completeness and correctness Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents and records, both electronic and physical Handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to privacy policies and security protocols Perform transcription of legal notes or recordings into written documents using office software Support the team by performing basic math calculations related to case data or statistical reports Conduct routine data audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies for correction Use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to streamline data processes across departments Experience Proven experience in data entry roles, preferably within a legal or administrative environment Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word processing software Familiarity with databases, database systems, and ERP platforms used for legal or administrative purposes Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Ability to perform 10 key typing at a high speed with precision (10 key data entry) Experience in office tasks such as filing, data collection, and document management Basic math skills for data validation and record keeping tasks Strong communication skills suited for customer service interactions when needed Join us in this engaging role where your technical skills make a real difference!
