As a Data Entry Clerk in El Paso, you will organize approved program information, enter it consistently and catch missing details before they reach reports. Records with a purpose The information you process supports program tracking and research administration. You will not conduct interviews, analyze results or make decisions about participants. Your contribution is an accurate record that authorized team members can locate and understand. Daily assignments are divided into manageable batches with clear completion standards and a contact for questions. Information you will handle Approved forms, program logs and contact records. Dates, reference numbers and status fields in a database. Scanned documents that require correct naming and filing. Correction requests returned by coordinators or quality reviewers. Simple completion totals used to monitor the work queue. Accuracy and confidentiality Each record follows a defined checklist. You will compare entries with the source, flag unclear information and avoid guessing. Access is limited to the systems needed for your work.
