Data Entry Clerk

- Enter and update maintenance work orders into the maintenance management system.
- Minimum 1 year of data entry or administrative experience; maintenance or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, maintenance tracking systems). Understanding safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing. Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Ability to walk through warehouse or production areas when necessary. Work Environment
- office environment within a warehouse/production facility.
