Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and handling basic food prep under supervision. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly to keep the kitchen environment tidy. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food safety standards. Experience with bussing tables or supporting food preparation is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items when necessary. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations.
