This position is responsible for accurately entering and updating real estate documents and case information into firm databases and case management systems. Daily tasks include verifying data from legal documents, organizing electronic and paper records, and maintaining up-to-date files for attorneys and staff. The role may involve basic administrative support such as preparing simple reports, scanning and indexing documents, and routing information to the appropriate team members. The Data Entry Specialist works closely with office staff to ensure data integrity, timely completion of tasks, and compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards. Qualifications Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and general Computer Literacy for accurate, efficient data entry. Ability to work on-site full time in McAllen, TX and manage multiple tasks with consistent accuracy. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with attorneys, staff, and clients in a clear and professional manner. Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries courteously and support a positive client experience. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing files, managing basic office tasks, and following established procedures. Prior experience in a law office or professional services environment is beneficial but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or computer applications is a plus.
