Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist works with new and existing dealers to ensure account information is accurate and up to date. You will help streamline operations by resolving conflicting data and implementing automations. Your work directly supports our dispatchers, enabling them to respond rapidly to emergency situations.
Position Requirements:
Highly detail oriented and organized with the ability to manage complex data accurately Proven track record of outstanding attendance and punctuality Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM with high accuracy Advanced knowledge of the Stages Automation System A proactive team player who maintains and fosters a professional, friendly and positive attitude Passing internal performance evaluations
Essential Functions:
Maintain a high level of accuracy and a meticulous eye for detail when managing sensitive account information Comprehend and execute complex written instructions and specialized dealer requests Proactively identify and report discrepancies in procedures, account data, or dealer notes to ensure data consistency Ability to learn, grasp, understand and provide seamless support regarding UCC third party services provided to dealers Identify basic technical issues and follow established UCC escalation protocols to ensure timely resolution Apply industry standards, such as NFPA , to daily workflows to ensure regulatory compliance Communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats with internal teams and external partners Consistently meet performance targets and deadlines under minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-management and the initiative to drive tasks to completion Actively engage with constructive feedback to refine processes and personal performance
Hours:
0900-1700 Monday - Friday (with Rotating Saturdays) 1000-1800 (with Rotating Saturdays)
