Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will support our office operations, enhance data accuracy, and streamline administrative workflows. Duties Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with speed and accuracy. Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously while maintaining high productivity levels. Use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Google Workspace to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets. Handle incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and client communication. Organize files systematically through filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval. Proofread documents for errors, consistency, and clarity before submission or filing. Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Experience Proven clerical experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative support. Familiarity with office management procedures and customer service best practices. Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Experience handling front desk responsibilities including answering multi-line phones and managing client communication. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Prior experience in medical or dental reception is a plus, especially if it involved calendar management or medical receptionist duties. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
