Data Entry Operator 2

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator 2 to join our team on a Contract basis in Augusta. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, indexing, and managing electronic records. The position requires a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and customer service while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
• Scan and index documents into electronic records, maintaining proper organization and accessibility.
• Manage customer service inquiries, providing timely and thorough responses.
• Attach files to electronic records and print certificates as needed.
• Open and sort incoming mail, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently.
• Process online orders for certificates and other application requests.
• Enter daily metrics into tracking logs to maintain accurate records.
• Identify and address issues independently, taking initiative to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with procedures.
