Your role in our mission Process a variety of documents, including enrollment forms and correspondence. Perform general filing and maintain records efficiently. Prepare routine correspondence for provider enrollment and reenrollment. Compile and analyze enrollment data and statistics for reporting purposes. Verify documentation and data accuracy for provider enrollment. Execute other general clerical tasks as assigned. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Thrive in a production-focused environment with strict quality and productivity standards. What we're looking for Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in operating office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and scanners. Ability to compile and organize enrollment data and statistics for reporting purposes. Capability to follow standard protocols and documentation to accurately complete assigned tasks. Strong computer skills, with excellent organizational abilities and effective oral and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. What you should expect in this role This position is based in an onsite office environment in Montgomery, Alabama. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. All interviews require Video during calls as well as the first two weeks of training.
