Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to support patient onboarding and engagement for our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program and Chronic care Management (CCM)This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working closely with patients, medical assistants, and provider offices. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Duties Assist with training medical assistants at provider offices on onboarding new patients to the RPM dashboard and device program Blood Pressure Monitor Weight Scale Pulse Oximeter / Heart Rate Monitor Ear Thermometer Download the required mobile application onto the patient's phone Locate and connect the assigned device within the application Take a test reading to ensure devices and systems are functioning properly Verify readings are successfully recorded in the patient dashboard and/or healthcare organization portal Ensure the care team maintains consistent communication with enrolled patients Patient consent forms Demographic information Insurance details Generate and maintain monthly reports for billing and compliance purposes. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Word Comfortable working with mobile applications, dashboards, and connected medical devices Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to explain technical information clearly to patients of all ages Previous experience in healthcare, patient enrollment, or medical office support preferred (but not required) What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys helping patients succeed, isn't afraid of technology, and can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
