Our entry-level Customer Enrollment Representatives develop and execute plans, coordinate events, and comprise positive relations related to community impact strategies focused on changing the lives of individuals and families who may be struggling. We provide practical solutions to enhance low-income families with the necessary tools to improve communication. Our entry-level Customer Enrollment Representatives do an impeccable job at qualifying individuals for our enrollment benefits while developing a genuine relationship that lasts a lifetime!
Responsibilities For A Customer Enrollment Representative:
Must be aware of obstacles our community members face daily to find an effective solution and assist in their enrollment process Show empathy and patience with eligible community members to enhance their experience and pinpoint their specific service needs Attend training seminars and client meetings to become an expert in developing relationships that will last a lifetime Maintain knowledge of eligibility guidelines for low-income community members by participating in webinars and team meetings Educate potential new members on the benefits of our program and how we can assist in the enhancement of their communication Develop trust and assurance between members by disclosing full transparency and helping the resolution of their needs Answer all questions in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring community members are fully informed
We Look For A Customer Enrollment Representative With The Below Qualities:
Proactive, self-disciplined, assertive, and innovative in solving complex issues and system planning is a MUST Impeccable active listening abilities with a high sense of compassion toward a vast array of people and situations Ability to engage favorably with external customers, clients, departments, and management team Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating superb time management skills Sound sense of judgment and discretion when approaching consumer concerns and making decisions Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in an efficient and proactive manner
Qualifications For Our Customer Enrollment Representative Team:
0-3 years volunteering or working as an entry-level Community Relations Representative, Enrollment Specialist, Community Outreach, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields of work Reliable transportation
