ATX Group is hiring an Entry Level AT&T Associate to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As an Entry Level AT&T Associate, you'll meet directly with customers throughout the community to introduce available telecommunications products and services, answer questions, and assist eligible customers through the enrollment process. The Entry Level AT&T Associate opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and building confidence in a fast-paced sales environment. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support. What You'll Do As An Entry Level AT&T Associate Engage with residents through direct customer interactions to introduce available telecommunications products and services with AT&T. Explain current offers, answer questions, and help customers determine the option that best fits their needs. Guide interested customers through the enrollment process while ensuring all required information is completed accurately. Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience during every interaction. Maintain accurate enrollment records and follow company procedures throughout the application process. Stay informed on current products, promotions, and enrollment guidelines through ongoing training. Work closely with teammates to achieve daily enrollment and customer engagement goals. Represent our Entry Level AT&T Associate team with professionalism while working throughout assigned local communities and service areas. What We're Looking For an Entry Level AT&T Associate Previous experience in customer service, sales, canvassing, or enrollment is a plus but not required. Prior Entry Level AT&T Associate experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently and interacting with new people throughout the day. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately complete enrollment documentation.

Pay:

$950.00 - $1,500.00 per week
