Entry Level Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with prospective customers in a professional, friendly manner. Educate customers about available wireless products and service options. Walk each customer through the enrollment process from beginning to completion. Verify enrollment information for accuracy and ensure all required documentation is completed. Deliver exceptional customer service while answering questions and resolving concerns. Build lasting relationships that encourage long-term customer satisfaction. Track daily enrollment activity and maintain accurate records. Work closely with teammates to achieve individual and team performance goals.
