Monday-Thursday:

9:00AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ────────────────────────── What You'll Do ────────────────────────── Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients (18+) with acute and chronic conditions Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and comprehensive physical exams Manage complex chronic disease panels, including diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia See patients in-person and via telehealth Partner with MAs and front office staff to deliver a seamless patient experience Engage patients in health coaching, medication education, and disease prevention Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system ────────────────────────── What We're Looking For ────────────────────────── Active California PA or NP license Bilingual English/Spanish required Comfortable managing a broad adult primary care panel independently Familiarity with CPT/ICD coding and documentation for billing EMR proficiency Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates directly, and genuinely cares about patients ────────────────────────── Compensation & Benefits ────────────────────────── $120,000 starting salary, with structured increases in Year 2 and Year 3. Higher starting compensation may be considered based on experience. No call, no nights, no weekends 10 days
