90 Days (3 Months) - Potential to Extend or Convert to Permanent A personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance are required. Mileage is reimbursed from the assigned home base to required coverage sites. Coverage locations will be communicated in advance. Position Summary InSync Consulting Services is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Enrollment Representative to support California Health Care Options (CA HCO). This role provides face-to-face outreach, education, and enrollment assistance to beneficiaries in community, group, and individual settings. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy public-facing work, community outreach, and helping individuals navigate healthcare enrollment options. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person outreach and enrollment assistance for beneficiaries Present Managed Care Options and educate beneficiaries on using their health plans Assist with health plan enrollment and disenrollment processes Support beneficiaries with medical exemptions and waiver inquiries Provide enrollment and disenrollment status updates Perform accurate data entry and documentation in CRM systems Transmit enrollment data according to established policies and procedures Maintain positive relationships with county staff, community organizations, and program partners Participate in community events, presentations, and health fairs as needed Assist with training and guidance of new outreach staff Meet established productivity, quality, and performance standards Follow all compliance, quality assurance, and procedural guidelines Report issues, quality concerns, and improvement recommendations to management Perform additional duties as assigned Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods Occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds Work is primarily performed in an office environment with field outreach as assigned
Education & Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the county Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Typing speed of 20+ WPM Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
6+ months of human services or public-facing experience Community outreach, presentation, or public speaking experience Experience working with low-income or diverse populations Ability to present information in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner

$20.00 per hour
