This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting members with plan selections and enrollment changes, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding health plan enrollment and benefits. Educate members on medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefit options. Assist with plan selections, enrollment changes, and qualifying life event requests. Verify member eligibility and enrollment status. Explain premiums, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket costs. Research and resolve enrollment-related inquiries and issues. Escalate complex cases as needed. Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and enrollment systems. Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of health plan enrollment, eligibility verification, or benefits administration. Experience with Epic preferred Knowledge of Medicare, grievance resolution, and service recovery. Training Comprehensive paid training program provided. Initial training requires full attendance during standard business hours. Schedule Monday through Friday with shifts scheduled during business and evening hours. Occasional weekend availability may be required based on business needs. Candidates must be flexible to work varying schedules. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA 92123. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
