$20•28/hour + performance-based incentives, targeted $50K•74K/year About the Role The Enrollment Specialist is a front desk and administrative role that serves as the first point of contact for families at Think Academy. This position focuses on student assessment, parent consultation, and enrollment support , helping families identify the most suitable learning path based on each student's academic needs. You will play a key role in conducting placement evaluations, recommending appropriate classes , and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both new and existing families. Key Responsibilities 1. Enrollment & Consultation Greet and consult with walk-in or online parents to understand student needs. Present Think Academy programs and recommend appropriate classes or learning paths. Support placement tests and trial classes, and guide parents through the enrollment process. Follow up with potential families to maximize conversion and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 2. Front Desk & Parent Communication Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors — in person, by phone, and via email. Handle class scheduling, student check-in/out, and inquiries with warmth and efficiency. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front-desk environment. Coordinate with teachers and operations teams to resolve classroom or scheduling issues. 3. Operations & Team Collaboration Assist with campus events, workshops, and open houses. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent service and smooth workflow. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; education, communication, or customer service background a plus. Bilingual in English and Mandarin required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — friendly, patient, and solution-oriented. Organized and detail-minded, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
