We are seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for new participants, assisting them through registration, verifying eligibility, processing documentation, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities Guide Applicants:
Assist prospective participants or clients step-by-step through the enrollment and application process.
Verify Information:
Review submitted applications, ID verification, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Provide Customer Support:
Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding program details, eligibility criteria, and status updates.
Maintain Records:
Accurately enter and update candidate records and transaction details in our system.
Troubleshoot & Follow Up:
Outbound follow-up with applicants to gather missing information and resolve enrollment delays quickly. Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. High attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Comfort using computer software, customer databases (CRM), and digital forms. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, or admissions/enrollment is a plus.
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
