Responsibilities Greet and engage Spirit Christmas shoppers with high energy and a positive attitude Sell Inspiration Co's inspirational bracelets using simple offers (Buy 3 Get 1, Buy 5 Get 2, and more) Build orders by recommending the right styles, price points, and bundles to raise sale size Hit daily/weekly sales goals around orders, units per sale, and average order value Follow the sales process and coaching from management (including weekly Zoom check-ins) Keep the pop-up display clean, stocked, and presentation-ready Handle customer questions, objections, and busy holiday traffic with confidence Track and report weekly sales/commission activity as required Work a flexible holiday schedule (nights, weekends, and peak December days) Help with simple, easy setup and breakdown of the pop-up at the start and end of the season Experience 1+ years in retail, mall, event, booth, or face-to-face sales preferred Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations Proven ability to close sales and hit goals (commission experience a plus) Strong people skills — friendly, confident, and coachable Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced holiday environment Reliable availability for nights, weekends, and peak December days No formal degree required — hustle, attitude, and sales instinct matter most This role offers an energetic work environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference.
