About the Position As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping patients explore programs that may reduce the cost of their medications. This is a primarily phone-based position where you'll speak directly with patients, gather information, review potential program eligibility, and guide qualified individuals through the enrollment process with care and professionalism. No cold calling - you'll be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest with medication assistance Learn about their needs and gather required information Review insurance, income, and program guidelines You don't need prior sales experience to succeed here! We'll provide all training necessary.
