Job Description As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients explore programs that may reduce the cost of their medications. This position is primarily phone-based and involves speaking with patients to gather information, determine potential program eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment process with care and professionalism.
