About Restore Health & Wellness Restore Health & Wellness (Established in 2015) is a growing addiction treatment organization committed to helping individuals and families begin the journey to recovery. Our admissions team plays a critical role in that mission by guiding prospective clients through the process of entering treatment and connecting them with life-saving care. We operate a fast paced inbound call center where prospective clients and their families reach out after seeing our online ads or visiting our websites. Every call is an opportunity to help someone take the first step toward recovery. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Admissions Coordinator to join our Fort Lauderdale call center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, inbound sales environment and has the ability to build trust quickly with callers in crisis. Admissions Specialists are responsible for handling inbound inquiry calls, qualifying prospective clients, verifying insurance coverage, and guiding individuals through the admissions process. The right candidate is compassionate, persuasive, organized, and comfortable working toward performance goals. Schedule Monday - Friday 4pm - 12am This is not a customer service role. We are looking for individuals who can connect with callers, overcome objections, and help guide them into treatment. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound inquiry calls from prospective clients and family members Build rapport quickly and provide compassionate support to individuals seeking treatment Conduct phone screenings to determine treatment needs and eligibility Verify insurance benefits and obtain financial information when appropriate Explain treatment options and guide callers through the admissions process Coordinate screenings and admissions with clinical and facility staff Maintain accurate records in CRM and complete inquiry documentation Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources as needed Work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet performance goals Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast paced environment Qualifications Minimum 1 year of phone sales or inside sales experience required Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or healthcare admissions strongly preferred Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with people in emotional situations Strong objection-handling and closing skills Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment with performance metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with computers What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Growth opportunities within an expanding organization Supportive team environment On-the-job training and development Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401K Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Has strong phone presence and confidence speaking with new people Can balance empathy with the ability to guide conversations toward admission Thrives in a fast-paced call center environment
