Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist English/Spanish Ozen Audiology Hollywood, FL Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Phone communication Customer information system software Full Job Description Job Summary Ozen Audiology is seeking a friendly, confident, and highly communicative Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Hollywood, Florida. In this role, you will speak with patients, family members, and staff at our partner healthcare facilities to explain our hearing care program and help eligible patients enroll. Many of the individuals we serve are Spanish-speaking, so professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The majority of this position involves clearly explaining how the program works, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding patients or their representatives through the enrollment process. Responsibilities Explain Ozen Audiology's hearing care program in English and Spanish Help patients and authorized representatives complete the enrollment process Communicate with patients, families, facility staff, and internal team members Answer questions about services, appointments, eligibility, and required documentation Follow up with interested patients and representatives Collect and accurately enter patient information Maintain organized records of conversations and enrollment progress Coordinate with partner facilities and Ozen Audiology team members Provide a professional, patient, and compassionate customer experience Protect patient privacy and follow company confidentiality procedures Qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Previous customer service experience is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable explaining a program over the phone and answering questions Friendly, patient, professional, and confident Strong organizational and follow-up skills Able to work well as part of a team Comfortable using computers, customer management systems, and basic office software Reliable and able to work from our Hollywood, Florida office Preferred Experience Healthcare, senior care, medical office, call center, patient enrollment, or insurance experience Experience communicating with elderly patients and their families Familiarity with HIPAA or handling confidential patient information What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys speaking with people, can explain information in a simple and reassuring way, and knows how to build trust. This is not a high-pressure sales position. It is a patient-focused role centered on education, communication, follow-up, and helping individuals access hearing care.
