full-time Our confidential client is seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Receptionist to support the day-to-day operations of their growing West Palm Beach office. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, supporting the team administratively, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Location:
West Palm Beach, FL Schedule:
On-site | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (flexible)
Compensation:
$55K-$65K+ benefits

Responsibilities:
Assist teams with expense processing, expense reports, and related administrative tasks Manage day-to-day office operations and greet guests Assist teams with scheduling and administrative needs Support expense processing and basic administrative tasks Manage catering, office inventory, supplies, and vendors Coordinate meeting rooms and office calendar Support strategic events, including parties and business events Assist with general office projects as needed
Qualifications:
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, retail, hotel, restaurant, or corporate office experience Warm, positive personality and strong communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Scheduling and expense processing experience a plus Event coordination experience preferred Must be comfortable working fully on-site Monday-Friday Please submit your resume for consideration!
