We are a growing, clinician-led organization built on high-quality care, ethical treatment, and treating our clients and each other with dignity and respect. As we expand into our new Pooler, GA center, we are looking for an operations professional who wants to grow with us. The Role You'll own the client journey from first call to first session: collecting intake documents from families, running eligibility and benefits checks, tracking authorizations, and building the schedule in RethinkBH. You'll also drive local outreach — building referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community partners — and, because you'll hold an active RBT credential, step in to cover sessions when a provider calls out.

What You'll Do Onboarding:

Serve as the point of contact for new families; collect insurance, diagnostic, referral, and consent documents and follow through until each file is complete. Eligibility & authorizations: Verify benefits across FL and GA Medicaid and commercial payers; track units and utilization; request re-authorizations before coverage lapses.

Scheduling:

Build and adjust schedules in RethinkBH, confirm active authorizations before sessions are placed, and flag conflicts and exceptions for review. Outreach & marketing: Build referral relationships, represent Angelic Steps at community events and resource fairs, support marketing materials and social media, and track referral sources and conversion.

Clinical coverage:

Provide direct RBT session coverage for call-outs, with complete documentation and verification.

Systems:

Work daily in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and maintain audit-ready records. What You Need Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB [1-3] years in healthcare operations, intake/authorizations, or ABA administration Working knowledge of eligibility verification and prior authorization Strong Microsoft 365 skills A true self-starter who owns processes end-to-end and thrives in a fast-changing environment Warm, professional communication with families and referral partners; high discretion with confidential information Reliable transportation; some evening/weekend availability for events and coverage Background check required Nice to have: RethinkBH experience, FL/GA Medicaid familiarity, outreach or provider-relations background, lead experience, bachelor's degree.
