Job Description
AGI Solutions is seeking a Customer Enrollment Associate to expand Frontier's services across Merrillville. In this Customer Enrollment Associate role, you will connect with customers in person, explain the benefits of fiber-optic technology, and learn to manage enrollments from start to finish. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to work hard and succeed. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, your entry into sales is supported by training on Frontier's services: covering everything from product details to enrollment procedures to sales techniques. Once trained, the Customer Enrollment Associate meets with customers in person, introduces them to Frontier's fiber and TV offerings, and handles enrollment with professionalism. Core Functions of the Customer Enrollment Associate Personally assist customers in thoughtfully exploring Frontier Fiber Internet and TV options that fit their everyday needs and lifestyle. Contribute meaningfully to sales performance by offering thoughtful, personalized recommendations during in-person enrollment duties. Listen carefully to customer preferences in person and recommend Frontier solutions that genuinely improve their home experience. Enthusiastically highlight current Frontier promotions for Fiber Internet and TV to create natural, positive sales opportunities. Guide customers through every step of the selection and enrollment process for Frontier Fiber Internet and TV with clarity, care, and patience. Collaborate closely with our sales team to meet sales targets while consistently delivering positive enrollment experiences.
