Job Description

As a Customer Enrollment Representative , you'll help customers learn about Frontier services, answer their questions, and guide them through available enrollment options. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys people, pays attention to details, and wants to develop valuable professional skills. What You'll Handle as a Customer Enrollment Representative Connect with prospective customers and introduce relevant Frontier products and services. Ask thoughtful questions and listen actively to understand customer needs and preferences. Explain service options, promotions, and enrollment details in a clear, professional manner. Guide customers through the enrollment process and provide helpful support when questions arise. Maintain accurate customer information while following company and campaign procedures. Communicate customer feedback, common questions, and opportunities to teammates and leadership. Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and development activities to strengthen customer service and sales skills. What You Bring as a Customer Enrollment Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and professional approach to customer interactions. Comfort working directly with people in an in-person setting. Good organization and attention to detail. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve. High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus. What You Can Build Here Customer service and communication experience. Experience supporting customer enrollment and acquisition. Stronger confidence in professional conversations. Teamwork and leadership skills through hands-on development. A foundation for taking on additional responsibilities over time.
