This vital role combines student enrollment management with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for prospective and current students. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for educational excellence. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining precise data management and compliance with institutional policies. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing clear guidance on enrollment process through personalized communication. Qualify prospective families by understanding their childcare needs, desired start dates, and program preferences. Schedule and confirm tours, providing pre-tour communication, reminders, and answering questions before and after visit. Maintain and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track waitlist status, enrollment progress, and follow-up activities. Assist in organizing recruitment events, open houses, and informational sessions to promote family engagement and institutional visibility. Works closely with center directors and operations department to ensure consistent communication and to meet center needs. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person while handling confidential information with integrity. Guide families through the full enrollment process. Requirements Enrollment and sales experience-balances warmth and responsiveness with persistence, organization, accountablity for enrollment results. Proven experience in education administration or related fields within the early childhood education field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using childcare software platforms such as Brightwheel or comparable platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging in public speaking engagements to promote programs or answer questions. Demonstrated ability to manage data accurately within spreadsheets and CRM systems. Knowledge of admissions processes, enrollment management strategies, and educational compliance standards. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; experience recruiting students or managing team workflows is advantageous.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
