Job Description

We are looking for an Admissions Representative to support a busy operations team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a Long-term Contract opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities. In this role, you will help deliver a smooth experience for applicants and learners while contributing to service goals, operational quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume admissions and records tasks while meeting daily and weekly productivity and accuracy expectations.
  • Process student and applicant information with close attention to detail to support timely service delivery and a positive learner experience.
  • Build working knowledge across multiple operational workflows and assist in additional process areas when business needs shift.
  • Handle escalated issues by investigating concerns, resolving individual cases, and identifying patterns that may require broader corrective action.
  • Collaborate with partners across admissions, advising, registrar, and related teams to address process gaps and improve overall efficiency.
  • Contribute to quality review, documentation updates, and knowledge-sharing efforts that strengthen consistency across the department.
  • Support training and onboarding activities by sharing workflow expertise and helping teammates understand procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives aimed at reducing delays, improving cycle times, and enhancing service outcomes.
  • Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a positive approach while working through ambiguity, evolving processes, and changing priorities.
