• Responsibilities
• + Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings + Complete plumbing work for remodels, renovations, and new construction projects + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications + Lay out plumbing systems and determine material requirements + Use hand and power tools for pipe installation, threading, soldering, and related plumbing tasks + Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations + Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently + Coordinate with carpenters, millwork teams, and other trades on active job sites + Communicate project updates and potential concerns with field and office staff + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles + Adapt to a variety of project types and day-to-day responsibilities •Qualifications•Required•+ Active Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License + Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings + Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations + Experience using plumbing tools, equipment, and PPE safely + Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Work Environment
• This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Projects are primarily located within residential, multi-family, and light commercial settings. You'll typically work with a crew of 3-4 employees and partner closely with other skilled trades to complete quality projects safely and efficiently. Every day is different, offering a mix of remodels, renovations, service work, and construction projects that keep the work interesting and rewarding.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $70720.00
• $93600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. amily run company, hands on training, year round work.
