Job Description

The Office of Admissions seeks a part-time Enrollment Services Assistant to provide student-facing and clerical support, ensuring efficient daily operations and successful enrollment efforts. This is a part-time hourly position. Key Responsibilities Provide effective in-person enrollment support to students. Communicate with prospective and current students via phone, email, and text. Utilize student information systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, preferably Anthology REACH, to support enrollment functions and track student interactions. Process electronic and paper communications using Colleague, Anthology REACH, and other communication tools. Guide students through application and financial aid processes, directing them to appropriate resources when needed. Provide accurate information on admissions, registration, financial aid, and placement exams. Assist with on-campus and external enrollment events. Support special projects and data management as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Associate's degree required.
Experience & Knowledge:
Familiarity with PCCC and Passaic County preferred.
Language Skills:
Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in general computer skills and the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM systems (Anthology REACH preferred) and Colleague is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
Work Style:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Compliance:
Successful completion of a background check is required
Compensation:
Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The minimum hourly pay for this position is $17.

New Jersey Sick Leave :
Earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year. (Eligible to use after successful completion of probationary period.)
