Job Description
Overview We're seeking a reliable, compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for families beginning their journey with our ABA therapy services. In this role, you'll guide families through the intake process with warmth and clarity, helping them understand what to expect and ensuring a smooth start to care. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Contact families referred to our services via phone, text, or email Explain what ABA therapy is and the services we offer Gather essential client information, including insurance, diagnosis, date of birth, and address Accurately input data into our system and maintain up-to-date intake logs Follow up with families as needed to complete the intake process Collaborate with office staff and the clinical team on case status Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin Excellent communication skills, with a friendly, patient, and professional phone manner Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while following up consistently Prior experience in healthcare, ABA, or customer service preferred, but not required Comfortable with basic computer work (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, email, CRM/intake system) Why Join Us Become part of a supportive, mission-driven team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
