Job Description

As an Admissions Advisor II, your role extends beyond guiding students through the admissions process. You are a key player in driving the College's mission by influencing students' decisions to pursue their education at Bryant & Stratton College. With a focus on stewardship and brand ambassadorship, your efforts directly impact student success and the College's reputation. Your leadership and dedication will inspire both students and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Enrollment Success:
Meet and exceed individual and campus enrollment goals by engaging prospective students and ensuring their alignment with the College's offerings.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with prospective students, ensuring they receive ongoing communication and support throughout their enrollment journey.
Stewardship of Paid Opportunities:
Focus on maximizing paid enrollment opportunities, using strategic outreach and CRM systems to maintain student engagement.
Brand Ambassadorship:
Act as a brand ambassador, influencing the College's reputation through the generation of referral leads and successful enrollments.
Student Support:
Provide outstanding service, assisting students with documentation and ensuring all enrollment requirements are met.
Performance Monitoring:
Continually evaluate and improve upon key performance metrics to achieve superior outcomes.
Compliance and Professional Development:
Adhere to all regulations and policies while actively seeking opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales, with proven success in achieving goals.
Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Organizational and time-management skills Problem-solving orientation
Physical & Technical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary for long periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 10 pounds. Proficiency with computer technology.
SALARY:
$49,000-$51,000 This position is eligible for overtime. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
