Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and dependable individual to join our team and help support our Chronic Care Enrollment Program. In this role, you will work directly with patients throughout the day to help them successfully enroll in our program and become comfortable using our technology. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and is patient and compassionate when assisting others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with enrolling in our Chronic Care Management program Guide patients through downloading and setting up our mobile app Help patients connect and pair their blood pressure monitoring devices with their phones Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshoot basic technology issues Communicate with patients throughout the enrollment process and answer questions Provide a positive, professional, and supportive patient experience Document patient interactions and enrollment information as neededQualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with and assisting patients throughout the day Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor Comfortable learning and explaining basic technology Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Previous customer service or call-center experience is also a plusWhat We're Looking For:
