Job Description
Family Pathways is hiring full adoption workers. In this position, you will be working with children who are in out-of-home care (foster care) and foster families. The responsibilities of this position include implementing adoption services to assist the children and families in understanding the foster care process while using creativity to engage the children. Good written and oral communication, time management, thorough documentation, creativity, and computer skills are necessary for this position. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field or a minimum of two years' experience working directly with children with a general Bachelor's Degree. A physical, clearances (FBI, Act 33 and Act 34), a valid driver's license and current car insurance are all required.
