Job Description

The Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in responding to new leads, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and keeping our lead and student information organized. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable with basic marketing and online tools. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries via phone, text, email, and online forms.​ Follow up with leads and guide them through each step of the enrollment process (permit, requirements, next steps).​ Maintain accurate records of leads and students in our systems. Schedule information sessions, appointments, and follow-up calls as needed.​ Host introductory webinars for prospsective students. Represent our organization and job fairs and community events. Support basic marketing and outreach activities, such as simple Google Ads tasks, email campaigns, or social media messaging (training provided).​ Coordinate with Student Services and Admin to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff after enrollment. Provide administrative support for upcoming classes, including finalizing class rosters and confirming enrollment details in our systems. Prepare and print student packets and training materials ahead of each class start. Organize physical paperwork and supplies for instructors so classrooms and range sessions are ready to go. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, motivated to achieve goals, love to talk to people, enjoy learning and expanding skills, able to meet deadlines, and will be comfortable with ambiguity.
Pay:
From $19.50 per hour
