Insurance Coordinator

About Us:

We are a growing dental practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team and help ensure a smooth and efficient insurance process for our patients.

Position Overview:

This is a hybrid position , with a combination of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have strong dental insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience using Dentrix Ascend (REQUIRED) .

Responsibilities:

Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage Answer insurance-related phone calls (Monday-Thursday) Assist patients with understanding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities Maintain accurate and organized patient insurance records

Note:

This position does NOT include posting insurance payments . That responsibility is handled by our in-office team.

Requirements:

Dentrix Ascend experience

REQUIRED

Prior dental insurance coordination experience preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance processes and terminology Excellent phone and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Remote Work Requirements:
