QUALIFICATIONS

high school diploma or equivalent 3 years experience in a healthcare office preferred CMA/CNA certification or medical billing experience is preferred but not required. excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment if in recovery, two years of sobriety is required by Kentucky regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING

check patients in and out; greeting each patient pleasantly and professionally answer phone calls and schedule appointments monitor noshows and cancellations multitask while maintaining a close attention to detail strong computer skills are necessary to navigate a practice management system and separate electronic medical record system protect patient's confidentiality empathize with our patient's needs and concerns
