Licensed Healthcare Agent /Enrollment Specialist-Seasonal Reports To:

Independent Contractor-Seasonal (20 hours per week)FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Salary $20/hour Job Responsibilities- Complete data entry accurately in multiple electronic health records
- Process information and enroll clients into the FFM (Federally Facilitated Marketplace)
- Track enrolled clients on a spreadsheet and follow-up with additional documents as need
- Assist with reporting, filing as needed by Insurance Benefit team
- Upload documents obtained by program staff
- Work collaboratively with the Intake Team with strict deadlines
- Complete all mandatory trainings as required
Qualifications:
- Current Agent Health Insurance License in your state of residence- Required
- High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
- Strong customer service orientation (empathy, compassion and listening skills)
- Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and timeliness
- Knowledge of computer data entry systems, protocols, and procedures.
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
