Job Description

Assisting the SHINE (Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) Regional Office with SHINE Counseling to Medicare beneficiaries during the Medicare annual open enrollment period running October 15 through December 7, 2026.

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified SHINE Counselor with minimum one year of experience. Able to operate computer, navigate Medicare.gov website and state SHINE Counselor website, and use remote technology. Requires a flexible schedule that fluctuates depending on demand, averaging 20 hours per week at a rate of $28.91 per hour. Position(s) will function in a hybrid work environment with both in-person and virtual requirements. This is a seasonal position that begins in October 2026 and ends in December 2026. Position is open till filled.
