George Sink Injury Lawyers is looking for a full-time bilingual Intake Specialist who are passionate about making a meaningful difference and committed to delivering an exceptional experience to every prospect client they serve. What are the Intake Specialist responsibilities? As an Intake Specialist, you will ensure a memorable experience by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying the prospect clients needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner to help determine if we can assist the prospect client on their legal case. Obtains client information by answering incoming calls; interviewing clients; verifying information Enter prospect client information into Litify, the Case Management System Determines eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements Distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and eagerness Sets appointments on calendars to include time, place, and investigator availability or office location, if appropriate Follow up with potential clients regarding missed appointments and pending retainer packets What can we offer?
