Job details:

Visiting with patients to provide information and retrieve documents Calling patients to obtain information & set future appointments Maintain physical and electronic files for patients Collecting necessary details regarding patient diagnosis Following up with patient accounts via phone calls or text messages Assisting patients fill out applications for benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

High school Diploma or GED Applicants must be fluent in English & Spanish (Preferred) Be familiar with a computer

Recommended:

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email (training available) What we are looking for: A representative who is not only outgoing, but friendly, professional and courteous A compassionate employee who will go the extra mile to assist a patient or person who is in need Applicants who are on time

Hours Weekly Work Hours Between:

3:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m. (Weekends as needed)

Pay:

Starting Pay $11.00/hr (Please note: This is the starting Pay. There is opportunity for pay increase and bonuses)
